Application Form
St. Bernard Catholic School
We are happy you have chosen to apply at St. Bernard Catholic School! We accept applications all year long, but are subject to grade availability. Applications will be processed and reviewed by our Administrative team once all documents have been submitted that have been requested, an assessment given by St. Bernard and the non-refundable processing fee of $150 has been made.
Submitting an application does not guarantee admission.

Tuition Information
School Registration Fee is $175.00 per family.
School Tuition Payment Plan Options
- Monthly payments to FACTS on a 12-month basis from July 2024 through June 2025.
- Semi-Monthly payments to FACTS on the 5th and the 20th of every month from July 2024 through June 2025.
- Quarterly payments to FACTS due on the 1st of July 2024, October 2024, January 2025 and April 2025.
- Semi-Annual payments to FACTS due on the 1st of August 2024 and 1st of January 2025.
- Annual payment to FACTS on August 5, 2024.
- Annual payment to St. Bernard Business Office by cash or check by August 1, 2024 receives a 3% discount.
*Any tuition payments in excess of $750 paid at St. Bernard on credit cards will be charged a 3% fee to offset our costs*
* Tuition includes the cost of a school planner (grades 2-8); yearbook, classroom fee, and a PE T-Shirt for all students.
*All returning families will be placed on the same tuition payment plan that was in the place for the 2023-2024 school year. If you desire to change your payment plan, contact Jim Parr (502) 239-5178 ext. 2303 or Cara Duvall (502)239-5178 ext. 2304.
*By June 5th ALL NEW school and pre-school families must register with the FACTS MANAGEMENT PROGRAM regardless of which payment plan option is chosen. No Exceptions!
*All families regardless of payment plan must set up a FACTS account.
*Refer a friend to St. Bernard-For each child that stays one full school year, you will receive $250 in tuition credit.
Preschool and Pre-Kindergarten Tuition
PreSchool and Pre-Kindergarten Registration Fee is $125 per family.
- Monthly payments to FACTS on a 9-month basis from August 2024 through April 2025.
- Semi-Monthly payments to FACTS on the 5th and the 20th of every month from August 2024 through April 2025.
- Quarterly payments to FACTS due on the 1st of July 2024, October 2024, January 2025 and April 2025.
- Semi-Annual payments to FACTS due on the 1st of August 2024 and the 1st of January 2025.
- Annual payments to FACTS by August 5th 2024.

CEF Tuition Assistance
The Catholic Education Foundation was formed in 1995 as an independent 501 (c) (3) organization for the primary purpose of supporting the growth and vitality of Catholic parishes and schools in the Archdiocese of Louisville, Kentucky. The Foundation is committed to growing Catholic school enrollment throughout the Archdiocese by making a Catholic education available to anyone who with a demonstrated financial need as determined by a third party application.
Our Vision is that every family has access to a Catholic education.
Our Mission: To promote the growth and vitality of Catholic education in the Archdiocese of Louisville.
We support Catholic education through grants for:
- Tuition assistance for families
- Technology enhancements for our parishes and schools
- Professional development for educators and catechists
- Religious education for parishes and schools
An independent Board of Directors governs the Foundation and oversees the management of the organization. All funds received by the Foundation are managed by an Investment Committee of the Board and all grant awards are approved by the Catholic Education Foundation Board of Directors.

We would like to thank your family for taking an interest in our preschool program. We realize that making an educational choice for your child can be a difficult decision. Please know that we are here to answer any questions that you may have in order to make your decision easier.
St. Bernard strives to provide the best education possible while trying to incorporate a love for learning. Our community is committed to making sure that all children are ready to take the next step in their educational journey.
